If anyone has ever wondered how to sing happy birthday in Chinese, then today is your lucky day because Toby is going to sing it for you. I’m not quite sure what prompted him but this morning, before breakfast at the Hotel Monaco in Seattle, Toby burst into song (and then he was asked to sing it again so that it could recorded!):
